REFUNDS

Our Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and email to ORDERS@perriel.com with order number and order information.

Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer

Please refer to packing slip for the address to return your product.

Unfortunately, Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded 

MISSING A REFUND?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact PayPal and/or your credit/bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at HELP@perriel.com

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can occur for any reason, the most popular being the billing and shipping address not matching. To protect our platform and our users information, we reserve the right to verify all orders by having the same billing and shipping information associated with the payment information used. Any signs of bot use or malicious intent of purchase will result in an immediate cancellation and banning of the account used. 

To cancel an order, email ORDERS@perriel.com with your Order# in the subject line, as well as the order information within the body of the email. In order for the request to be considered, the order must be cancelled prior to being processed! Keep in mind all orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the initial confirmation of your order. 

ALL SALES FINAL items are NOT refundable, once order is confirmed and processed.*

**If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
